Roast Report For
"Your site loads like it's powered by a hamster on a wheel... during its lunch break."
Your site has the bones of something decent, but it's buried under questionable decisions. The hero section screams 'we couldn't decide on a value proposition' and your mobile experience feels like an afterthought. Fix the basics and you might actually convert some of those visitors you're paying to acquire.
Your above-the-fold content is trying to be everything to everyone and succeeding at nothing. Three different CTAs, two value props, and enough text to write a novel. Users don't know where to look first.
Fix: Pick ONE primary action you want users to take. Remove secondary CTAs from the hero. Your value prop should be 10 words or less.
On mobile, your navigation overlaps content, buttons are too small to tap, and horizontal scrolling appears on every page. 60% of your traffic is mobile - you're actively hostile to the majority of your visitors.
Fix: Implement proper responsive breakpoints. Minimum tap target size is 44x44px. Test on actual devices, not just Chrome DevTools.
Your site takes 6.2 seconds to become interactive. You're loading 4MB of JavaScript, including 3 analytics tools that are probably all measuring the same bounce rate.
Fix: Audit your JavaScript bundles. Lazy load below-fold content. Consider if you really need that animation library for a fade-in effect.
No testimonials, no social proof, no client logos. You're asking visitors to trust you based on... vibes? Even a single case study would help.
Fix: Add 2-3 customer testimonials with real names and photos. Display logos of recognizable clients. Include specific results/metrics if possible.
Your primary CTA uses a color that blends into the background. It's like playing Where's Waldo but Waldo is your conversion rate.
Fix: Use high contrast colors for CTAs. The button should be the most visually prominent element in its section.
This single change will have the biggest impact. Clear hero = clear conversions.
Even placeholder testimonials are better than nothing while you collect real ones.
A working hamburger menu isn't optional anymore.
